Description
The Server Assistant supports servers, bartenders, and culinary team members at The Retreat, an exclusive private membership rooftop club in Atlanta. The role welcomes guests, prepares and maintains tables and service stations, delivers food, clears and resets tables, anticipates guest and team needs, communicates service issues, completes opening and closing duties, and follows hospitality, sanitation, food-safety, and workplace-safety standards. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred but not required, and the position requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
