Description
The Server Assistant supports restaurant service by assisting servers and hosts, providing water service, clearing and resetting tables, transporting and sorting tableware, maintaining clean and stocked dining and service areas, responding to guest issues, and performing special cleaning tasks. The role requires restaurant or customer service experience, clear communication in high-pressure situations, knowledge of sanitation, menus, glassware, computer operations, and ordering procedures, along with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
