Smokey Bones is hiring a restaurant server to provide full-service dining support, including rolling clean silverware, clearing tables, resetting tables, sweeping and trash removal, assisting guests, escalating issues to management, communicating with teammates, helping with food running, and following health, safety, and manager directions. The role requires English communication, legal age to serve alcohol, United States work authorization, strong customer service, food-safety knowledge, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in an 8–12-hour shift.
