Benchmark is hiring a Server to support its dining team by taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, delivering trays and carts, assisting residents with meal selection, setting up dining rooms, and helping with inventory. The role requires knowledge of dietary procedures and food-service regulations, the ability to serve residents promptly, instruction-following, and lifting up to 50 pounds. It is primarily a standing position and pays $16.50 per hour, increasing with experience.
