Description
The Server provides food and beverage service at HeadPinz and FastTrax Entertainment Centers across all locations. The role emphasizes alcohol compliance, responsible service, guest safety, risk prevention, and emergency awareness while also handling guest service, POS transactions, cash and voucher controls, cleanliness, and food-safety standards. Servers must meet legal age requirements, maintain a professional appearance, communicate effectively, and be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry up to 35 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
