The role includes taking orders, entering orders into a point-of-sale system, assembling and presenting food, maintaining beverage standards, processing payments, and keeping work areas clean. Applicants should have prior server experience, point-of-sale and dining-service knowledge, liquor-law knowledge, and applicable food-handler and liquor-serving permits.
