Description
The DaMar Team is hiring servers for assisted-living facilities in the Indianapolis Metro area. The role serves meals and beverages to residents, provides high-level customer service, ensures residents have what they need, maintains dining-area cleanliness, and prepares for the next shift. The position requires knowledge of daily specials and special-diet accommodations, professional appearance, organization, multitasking, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Shifts are 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 11:15 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with starting pay of $12.00 to $14.00 per hour based on experience and a shift differential.
