Description
The Server provides exceptional dining-room service by greeting guests, taking and processing orders, coordinating meal timing, entering orders into the POS system, serving food, assisting with menu preparation, maintaining food-safety and sanitation standards, cleaning and stocking service areas, and supporting new-server and bartender training. The role requires secondary education, ABCC certification, English fluency, strong communication and organizational skills, basic computer and math abilities, physical stamina, and knowledge of the Grotto Pizza menu and service procedures.
