Description
The Server provides positive guest interactions and efficient service in a dining establishment. Responsibilities include protecting guests and the establishment through sanitation, safety, and alcoholic beverage control; helping guests select food and beverages; presenting menus and cocktails; explaining chef specialties; staying current with menu choices and inventory; and following service standards. Qualifications include a high school leaving certificate or diploma, a Food Handler's permit, vocational or technical training or equivalent apprenticeship, and excellent customer service skills.
