Description
The Server greets guests, takes food and beverage orders, coordinates with kitchen staff, maintains clean and sanitized dining areas, operates the point-of-sale system, handles cash and credit cards, and supports up-selling and ancillary revenue. The role requires fluent English, customer-service and issue-resolution experience, familiarity with operational procedures, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include significant standing and walking, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and exposure to kitchen heat or freezer cold.
