The Server role works in a restaurant setting, presenting menus and daily specials, taking and accurately communicating orders, serving food, calculating bills, processing payments, setting up tables, and handling customer complaints. The position requires prior server experience, legal age to serve alcohol, sanitation and teamwork abilities, and a high school diploma or food safety training. It involves long hours, frequent weekend work, and physically active duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
