Splendido is hiring a part-time Server for its Food & Beverage team in a luxury senior living environment in Oro Valley, Arizona. The role provides professional food and beverage service across multiple restaurant venues, builds relationships with residents and guests, explains menus and the scratch-kitchen approach, takes and closes orders accurately, maintains sanitation and service standards, communicates concerns, and participates in quality-assurance process improvement. Weekend, weeknight, and holiday availability is required. Strong communication, teamwork, hospitality, English proficiency, and food-service knowledge are required or preferred; benefits-eligible team members may receive medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
