Description
The Restaurant Server provides dining-room service at Hilton Garden Inn Steele Creek, including greeting and seating guests, taking and entering food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, answering menu questions, upselling, coordinating with kitchen staff, processing payments, maintaining clean tables, and handling customer concerns. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, basic math, food-service knowledge, POS familiarity, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior experience is preferred but not always required, and on-the-job training may be provided.
