Method Co. is hiring a Server for its Lowland boutique hospitality property, where the role focuses on delivering warm, attentive, knowledgeable dining service and supporting a polished guest experience in a fast-paced, team-driven restaurant/hospitality environment. The position involves greeting guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining menu knowledge, keeping tables clean and set, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, handling payments, upholding sanitation standards, and assisting with opening, closing, and side-work duties. The posting prefers prior serving experience, strong communication and guest-first skills, the ability to multitask during high-volume service, physical stamina to stand/walk/carry trays, and weekend/holiday availability.
