Northland Restaurant Group is hiring a Server to provide high-quality table service and memorable guest experiences in a full-service restaurant. The role involves taking and helping create guest orders, answering menu questions, running food, handling guest concerns, supporting teammates, and maintaining a clean restaurant. Candidates should be outgoing, energetic, team-oriented, comfortable discussing food and drink, and able to lead conversations; prior full-service restaurant serving experience is an asset. The position is based in Canada and requires legal authorization to work in Canada without employer-supported LMIA sponsorship.
