Oregano's is hiring Servers to provide exceptional guest service in a restaurant setting. The role involves taking orders, delivering food and beverages, recommending menu items, resolving guest issues, increasing average checks, processing payments, handling cash, collaborating with hosts and kitchen staff, and following restaurant policies and safety guidelines. Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred, along with strong communication, multitasking, and guest-service skills; the position also requires the ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
