Description
The Server provides food and beverage service, including greeting guests, taking and entering orders, serving wine, desserts, specialty coffees, and after-dinner drinks, presenting checks, and ensuring accurate payment. The role requires knowledge of restaurant layouts, menus, wine lists, service standards, table settings, and point-of-sale procedures, along with the ability to work varying schedules, stand and walk for 8–10-hour shifts, and lift up to 30 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while CPR certification, food-handling certification, and First Aid training are preferred.
