Coordinates dining room activities, provides courteous service, greets and seats guests, presents menus, takes orders, relays them to the kitchen, serves dishes, prepares drinks and desserts, observes guest dining experiences, totals bills, collects payments, clears tables, and assists with various tasks as needed. Requires strong communication skills, understanding of basic math, proficiency with restaurant equipment like headsets, microphones, and touchscreens, and prior restaurant experience.
