Serendipity Catering is hiring Servers to provide outstanding service to clients and guests at events. The best Servers are focused on creating an outstanding experience for each guest, anticipate their needs, and work well within a team. The role requires standing and walking for extended periods, anticipating guest needs, setting up and breaking down events, focusing on the job while moving freely, and lifting 25-50 pounds. Compensation is $18-19/hour plus gratuities, with a 401K retirement plan available as a part-time benefit. Offers a flexible work schedule where employees choose their own shifts.
