Description
The Dining Room Supervisor coordinates dining-room employees and oversees courteous, rapid service to diners. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, answering questions, taking orders, relaying orders to the kitchen, serving courses, preparing drinks and desserts, handling payments, clearing tables, and responding to guest requests. The role requires clear communication, basic math, restaurant equipment proficiency, and at least six months of restaurant industry experience; a Food Handler’s Permit may be required where applicable.
