The Marshes of Skidaway Island is recruiting Dining Room Servers to provide full-scope, hands-on serving in a community setting. The role pays $16–$18 per hour depending on the shift, with a weekend shift differential, and includes free meals, free parking, an annual holiday bonus, scholarships, and full-time employee benefits after 90 days. Responsibilities include attentive service, anticipating residents’ needs, and maintaining an inviting dining atmosphere; fine-dining experience is preferred but education is provided, and applicants must be at least 17, pass a criminal background check and drug screen, and desire to work with seniors.
