Description
The Server role serves as a guest-facing ambassador, responding to inquiries, educating customers about the brand, maintaining a positive demeanor, following operational procedures, and preparing bar drinks such as beer, wine, sake, liquor, and cocktails. The position requires at least one year of customer service, food service, or related experience, English proficiency, strong communication, attentiveness, extended standing and walking, and a valid food handler’s permit; an alcohol serving license is also required for applicants 21 or older.
