Description
Swadley’s BBQ is hiring Servers to provide hospitality, take accurate orders, recommend menu items, monitor guest satisfaction, maintain dining areas, and support team operations. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to stand or walk for long periods and carry trays up to 25 pounds. Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred but not required, and applicants must be at least 18 years old for standard hiring consideration.
