Ember & Oak is hiring a Server for its new chef-driven restaurant and event space in Parsons, Kansas. The role provides welcoming and attentive dining service, takes and communicates food and beverage orders, recommends menu items, delivers food and beverages, processes payments, maintains service areas, follows food-safety and sanitation policies, and coordinates with kitchen, management, hosts, and bartenders. The position requires strong communication, customer-service, multitasking, teamwork, physical stamina, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior restaurant, serving, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred.
