Tiki Tatsu-Ya is hiring a Server to provide exceptional dining service on the island. The role involves preparing service stations and tables, greeting guests, checking for allergies and dietary restrictions, taking food and beverage orders, coordinating dish coursing, processing payments, handling complaints, and completing shift close-down procedures. Applicants must be at least 18, hold valid food handlers and TABC certificates, work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift 25–50 pounds.
