Description
The Server provides table service in a fine-dining restaurant by greeting guests, presenting menus and daily specials, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, serving customers, clearing tables, preparing checks, collecting payments, and assisting with dining-area tasks. The role requires organization, strong communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, point-of-sale operation, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; previous server experience is preferred, and applicants must complete the restaurant’s training course.
