Touchmark on West Century is hiring Servers for its Dining Services team at its full-service retirement community in Bismarck/Mandan. The role involves greeting residents, taking meal orders, answering menu questions, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean dining room, and supporting special events and catered functions. Applicants must have prior experience, be able to work occasional weekends and holidays, lift and carry trays, stand for long periods, communicate in English, and maintain patient composure with residents and others. The employer provides training, schedule flexibility, and an opportunity to grow, but on-call and temporary employees are not eligible for benefits or insurance plans.
