Description
The Server provides attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable dining service at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap. Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them through the menu, taking and entering food and beverage orders, serving food and drinks, anticipating guest needs, maintaining service areas, collaborating with kitchen and support staff, handling guest concerns, and following health and sanitation guidelines. The role requires at least two years of experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, physical ability to stand, carry trays, and lift 35 pounds, reliable transportation, and teamwork. Compensation is $6.05 per hour plus tips, with meal benefits, growth opportunities, and a company-wide discount program.
