Description
The Server provides exceptional customer service in a restaurant, taking and verifying food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, handling special requests and dietary restrictions, promoting upsell opportunities, maintaining clean dining areas, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift and carry trays; upscale dining experience is preferred, while wine and spirits knowledge is a plus. The position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime, with competitive compensation including tips and advancement opportunities.
