Description
The Server will represent Fairmont Royal York by providing high-quality dining service, clearing dishes, delivering meals, presenting bills, answering menu and beverage questions, handling dissatisfied guests, and following restaurant, safety, alcohol, and LQA procedures. The role requires prior restaurant or food-and-beverage experience, Smart Serve certification, teamwork, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and shifts; it involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders, stairs, and ramps. The starting pay is $17.60 per hour, with a wage increase after six months of compensated service, and the hotel does not assist with Canadian work authorization.
