The Server provides table service, takes and delivers food and beverage orders, handles cash, maintains tables and bar areas, monitors patrons, and enforces liquor and health regulations. The role is hourly permanent union employment at $17.19, requires Alberta Grade 12 or equivalent, Interac and charge-card transaction experience, and Proserve training within the first two weeks.
