Description
AWS is hiring a Server Hardware Engineer to own and lead the design and development of server products, including functional specifications, design verification, testing, qualification, integration, and manufacturing partner coordination. The role also involves understanding customer needs, architecting scalable solutions, overseeing server fleets after launch, and improving performance, quality, and cost. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, at least five years of design and manufacturing experience, and five years leading ODMs and suppliers; server technologies, interdisciplinary product development, and large-scale data center experience are preferred. The position is available in Cupertino, California; Austin, Texas; and Seattle, Washington, with base salaries ranging from $159,200 to $247,600 annually.
