Description
This temporary, fully onsite IT Support position is based in Frederick, Maryland and may require travel between Adamstown and Frederick. The role provides end-user support, researches and resolves technical problems, responds to calls and emails, and documents and tracks issues. It requires knowledge of data center, cabling, rack-and-stack, and IT support concepts, the ability to work on a ladder and lift 50 pounds, weekend availability, and 0–3 years of relevant experience. The position pays $23.50 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
