Description
This is a contract, fully onsite IT Support position based in Frederick, Maryland. The role provides end-user support, researches and resolves technical problems, handles telephone, email, and personnel requests, and documents and tracks issues for timely resolution. It requires knowledge of data-center cabling, rack and stack, and related IT operations, along with the ability to work on a ladder, lift 50 pounds, travel between Adamstown and Frederick, and work weekends. The position pays $23.50 per hour and may include medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
