Compass Group is hiring a full-time Server Lead for its FLIK foodservice program at 200 Clarendon Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The role serves and delivers food and drink orders, creates an enjoyable dining experience, maintains a clean and safe environment, communicates with unit management, trains and acclimates new associates, addresses guest complaints, and oversees staff orientation and training. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with online applications accepted and a fixed pay rate of $25.00 per hour. Previous catering and conference experience is preferred, and full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other employee benefits.
