Description
The role serves food courses and alcoholic beverages, answers menu questions, coordinates with the kitchen, maintains cleanliness and presentation standards, monitors table service, and communicates guest dietary needs and special requests. It also assists with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees, while following safety, security, and company policies. The preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least two years of related work experience.
