Description
The Food and Beverage Attendant supports daily outlet operations at Raffles Makati by handling customer concerns, maintaining service standards and cleanliness, receiving beverage orders, organizing reservations, and providing food and beverage service. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office and restaurant reservation software, and preferably hospitality-management education or one year of fine-dining or luxury-hotel customer-service experience.
