OMAKAI is hiring a Server in Chicago, Illinois, for part-time (20–29 hours) or full-time (30+ hours) work. The role involves guiding guests through the sushi menu, recommending pairings, handling allergies and service recovery, processing payments, completing side work, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting teammates. Candidates need at least two years of serving experience, must be available for at least two lunches per week and one double per week, and must hold or obtain required food-service certifications. Compensation is commission-based with a fixed percentage of the service charge, a small hourly base, 90% of additional tips, meal discounts, medical insurance reimbursement, free parking, flexible scheduling, and onboarding training.
