OMAKAI is hiring a Hand Roll Bar Server for its counter-concept restaurant in River North, Chicago. The role owns the full guest experience, including accurate order entry and payment, proactive table presence, hospitality, complaint resolution, table turnover, food running, beverage service, and side work. It requires at least two years of serving experience, availability for at least two lunches per week and one double per week, and required food-service certifications.
