Description
The Server provides exceptional member and guest service at The Madison Club, greeting guests, anticipating needs, recommending menu and beverage options, processing transactions, ensuring food accuracy and safety, maintaining work areas, and completing opening, closing, inventory, and maintenance duties. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of serving experience in a full-service environment, food-safety knowledge, strong beverage knowledge, attention to detail, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
