Dear Charles is hiring a Server to provide courteous, responsive, guest-centered service in its 85-seat restaurant. The role includes explaining menu items and allergy concerns, monitoring dining experiences, assisting with section setup and breakdown, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting a seamless guest experience. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience in fine dining or upscale casual service, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
