Description
The Server will serve as an ambassador for the Hermès Vancouver boutique, preparing and presenting high-end coffee, tea, beverages, and light snacks while maintaining refined guest service. The role also involves keeping the store floor, kitchenette, and seating areas clean and organized, managing beverage, snack, chinaware, and linen inventory, and anticipating guest needs. Candidates must hold a valid Smart Serve Ontario Certification, have at least two years of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury lounges, fine dining, or premium concierge services, and be available for retail hours including weekends.
