AWS is hiring a Server Power Design Engineer to own next-generation server power delivery, including power architecture, validation, quality, and product operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or above in electrical or computer engineering, at least four years of experience in analog power electronics, power supply circuitry, circuit protection, power component specifications, design verification, root cause analysis, and server power system design. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, extensive server power experience, DC-DC and multi-phase VR expertise, and experience with power-management protocols and PCB design tools. The position is based in Cupertino, California, with a base salary of 157,300 to 212,800 USD annually.
