Description
The Server will greet and attend to guests, provide menus and restaurant specials, answer menu questions, collect food and beverage orders, serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, enter orders into the point-of-sale system, process payments, and prepare and deliver checks. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen and bar staff and performing opening, closing, cleaning, and other assigned duties. Experience with cash handling and credit card processing is required; one year of server experience in a high-volume environment and point-of-sale experience are beneficial. The position requires the ability to lift 35 pounds and stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
