The Technical Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle for products or computer-based systems, managing scope, technical assessments, risks, resources, schedules, delivery, issues, and stakeholder communication. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, extensive related professional experience, strong engineering and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead overseas teams.
