Coury Hospitality is hiring a temporary, part-time Server for Hard Rock Hotel San Diego to work on-site during Halloween and New Year’s events. The role involves high-touch table service, upselling signature cocktails, managing high-volume service, conducting ID checks and responsible alcohol service, and collaborating with bartenders and barbacks. Candidates should have at least two years of server experience in a fast-paced, premium venue, knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
