The Third Measure Server provides sophisticated, personalized food and beverage service at the intimate cocktail destination within Fairmont New Orleans. The role requires knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, food, allergens, and beverage pairings, along with guest service, order-taking, payment processing, alcohol-service compliance, and coordination with hospitality teams. The position is suited to an elevated late-night environment and requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
