Description
The Server provides fine-dining service at assigned Stein Eriksen Lodge Food and Beverage outlets, including setting up and maintaining work areas, presenting knowledgeable service, coordinating with kitchen staff, handling payments and receipts, and closing shifts. The role requires strong communication, organization, concentration, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Utah liquor handler certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
