Description
The Server provides prompt, efficient, and courteous food and beverage service to residents and guests in a dining environment. Responsibilities include taking and delivering orders, responding to requests, maintaining food quality, supporting meal preparation, following food-safety and sanitation procedures, maintaining the dining area, logging temperatures, and assisting with deliveries. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with six months to one year of related experience or training preferred, and requires obtaining and maintaining applicable food-handling, supervision, or sanitation certifications. Full-time employees who remain for 90 days receive medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
