Custom House Restaurant Group is hiring a full-time server for its new full-service restaurant in Shell Beach. The role involves greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, entering orders into the POS system, delivering food and drinks, responding to guest requests, maintaining menu knowledge, keeping work areas clean, and collaborating with team members. Previous serving experience, strong communication and guest-service skills, multitasking ability, availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and the ability to obtain and maintain California Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certification are required. The position pays $16.90 per hour.
